Project Scope

Project Activities

  • Evaluate the current waste management system, including waste types, disposal methods, and existing recycling efforts.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including facility managers, employees, and waste management service providers, to gather insights and support.

  • Systematically collect and analyze data on waste generation and segregation practices.

  • Design a recycling program that addresses identified gaps and leverages best practices.

  • Develop educational materials (posters, guides, digital content) and organize training sessions for employees.

  • Roll out the recycling program and educational campaign, and monitor their effectiveness through regular check-ins and data collection.
