Project Scope

Set up a system for regular collection of feedback from employees on diversity and inclusion issues. This project aims to create a continuous feedback loop where employees can voice concerns and suggestions, leading to ongoing improvements in workplace inclusivity.

Project Activities

  • Create an accessible and user-friendly feedback system, such as a digital platform or regular surveys.

  • Develop a comprehensive plan to inform employees about the feedback system and encourage participation.

  • Ensure that the system allows for anonymous submissions to foster openness and protect employee privacy.

  • Establish a schedule for regular feedback collection, such as quarterly or bi-annually.

  • Implement processes for analyzing feedback data to identify trends, concerns, and areas needing attention.

  • Based on feedback, develop and implement action plans targeting specific D&I issues.

  • Communicate back to employees about the feedback received and actions taken, completing the feedback loop.

  • Organise regular training and workshops to address identified D&I issues and promote an inclusive culture.

  • Informed D&I Initiatives: Development of diversity and inclusion initiatives informed directly by employee feedback.
